Better Collective Improves Swedish Presence Purchasing

Better Collective has improved its presence in the Swedish industry by purchasing, an online sports betting media site.

The acquisition, which was completed as an asset purchase from Win & Fun Media Ltd for €3.8 million and paid in cash, enabled Bettor Collective to merge the acquired asset into its group accounts.

Better Collective’s Sewdish Division will run, which was created in 2008 and generates €1.2 million in turnover and €0.9 in EBITDA in 2020.

The purchase by Better Collective marks a step forward in the company’s Swedish operations and investment activities. In addition to Sweden, the group has established a large market position in the Nordic region, notably raising its stake in Danish software firm Mindway AI to 90 percent in January 2021.

Outside of Scandinavia, Better Collective has a presence in a number of other countries, including Poland and Ireland, where its market position was bolstered by two independent acquisitions of the and sites.
