Betpoint Group Acquires Yggdrasil Portfolio

Online gaming solutions provider Yggdrasil has carried out a Betpoint Group agreement that will see the retailer merge and sell the entire games portfolio of the business through its four casino brands.

The Malta-licensed Betpoint Group currently runs the igaming companies,, and, which boasts a regional reach but lauds specific strength in the Northern, German and Japanese markets.

Betpoint Group CEO Karl Wijkmark stated: “Our brands are developed for casino fans and we aim to offer a fun, entertaining and unique experience to our customers.

“With Yggdrasil’s wide and diversified games portfolio we will enhance our offering with some of the best titles on the market that we are confident will resonate with our loyal players.”

The agreement will give Betpoint Group access to a range of Yggdrasil titles including newly launched Multifly, Arthur’s Fortune and Lightning Joker, as well as the “hugely successful” Vikings trilogy.

Also available will be games developed through the pioneering YG Masters programme, as well as titles featuring the Splitz mechanic of Yggdrasil, such as Temple Stacks: Splitz and Neon Rush: Splitz, plus the recently launched title Lucky Neko, introducing the new Gigablox feature.
