The mobile-focused casino games studio Betixon has announced that the UK Gambling Commission has issued a casino software and games host licence.

As a result of the regulatory green-light, the company, which aims to make a name for itself as a rising star within the iGaming industry, is targeting a charge in a range of globally controlled markets.

The group asserts that, once a number of agreements have been reached with a multitude of UK based operators, the licence would allow it to go live in Europe’s largest online casino markets.

According to Betixon, this latest news also reaffirms its dedication to operating in regulated markets, as it already holds a Romanian Class 2 casino gaming licence and its casino games are accredited in Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, and Colombia, with more to come in the near future.

Lior Cohen, Betixon’s co-founder and CTO, commented: “We are delighted to have received our UK Gambling Commission license. It not only demonstrates our ongoing strategy to increase our global footprint but also our commitment to working within regulated markets.

“We are extremely proud of our games portfolio, including our upcoming, first series of premium games ‘Fortune Breakers,’ which will be jam-packed with intensive graphics and features. We can’t wait to share this with operators as we continue our stride into new markets.”
