BETBY has introduced a number of UX-focused feature enhancements that will improve the consistency of its client experience and overall user interaction.
The Malta-based sportsbook app and platform provider claims to have “reimagined all engagement components” of traditional sportsbook templates in order to give its customers more customisation options.
Enhancements ensure BETBY can have a highly customisable user experience, as well as decluttered on-site navigation and fast betslip placements – both of which are intended to boost regular customer experiences.
The operator has established a new ‘betslip pin’ feature focused on consumer reviews that helps punters to pin their favourite bets when exploring sportsbook markets.
The company has also restructured its sidebar menu to include instant options on common markets, reducing player navigation to one to two taps.
Customised playing environment
In a product release BETBY detailed: “With customisation sitting at the heart of the new ‘classic’ layout, customers now have the ability to fully customise their playing environment; if a player wants to be left alone with their game, they can now simply choose to hide the sidebars.”
BETBY touts the latest sportsbook layout as a crucial product change that complements the company’s recent technological overhauls in the football, basketball, and tennis markets, as well as the introduction of its AI-powered esports inventory available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
‘Cutting edge sportsbook lay-out’
Lauding the changes BETBY CEO Leonid Pertsovskiy said: “We are very excited to unveil our most cutting-edge sportsbook layout to date, which has been designed in a bid to significantly enhance the user interface.
“With the unique Betby.Games range now complimented by our new-look sportsbook, we are excited to see what the rest of the year holds for us.”
