A committee of casino experts collaborated with 10Best editors to select the initial 20 candidates, and a popular vote that took place over 28 days selected the top 10 winners.

In addition, other top casinos and casino amenities across the U.S. were recognised by the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, including Best Las Vegas Casino, Best Casino Hotel and Best Las Vegas Show.

The top ten winners in the Best Casino Outside Las Vegas category are as follows:
