The Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League have announced a collaboration with DraftKings, making the company an official fantasy sports, sports betting, and free-to-play partner of the team.
The new partnership is DraftKings’ first in Maryland, and it is the company’s fifth active strategic agreement with an NFL team. DraftKings is also the league’s official sports betting and exclusive daily fantasy partner.
Ezra Kucharz, DraftKings’ chief business officer said: “With the start of the 2021 NFL season upon us, our latest designation with the Baltimore Ravens further exemplifies our commitment to fan engagement by way of the DraftKings experience.
“The newly penned relationship offers something for every kind of sports fan and will allow them to engage with DraftKings’ digital content, free-to-play product, daily fantasy sports and, perhaps soon, sports betting, to ultimately bring them closer to the action alongside one of the top teams from the AFC North.”
Part of the deal
DraftKings branding will be prominent around M&T Bank Stadium as part of the partnership, which includes a season-long suite. Additionally, the new arrangement offers special game day experiences, including away game excursions, autographed items, a Punt, Pass & Kick event available to the firm’s customers through in-season daily fantasy and sportsbook tournaments, and a DraftKings-NFL official free-to-play game.
The Baltimore Ravens’ weekly podcast, ‘The Lounge,’ will contain the company’s branding and custom material. In addition to homepage takeovers on BaltimoreRavens.com before of select games and events, DraftKings will be appointed the title sponsor of Baltimore WBAL-1090 News Radio’s Gameday Insider pregame show, as well as a presenting sponsor of the Ravens Wired video online content series.
