Aspire Global Announce B2C Review For Growth Plan

Aspire Global has announced new plans to review its B2C segment, which will aid the iGaming solutions provider in identifying new revenue growth opportunities.

According to the supplier, the review will allow the company to focus on its “growing B2B ambitions” as well as technology development.

‘All time high’ results

The decision was made after the B2C division of the company posted ‘all-time high’ results. Despite ‘higher exposure to taxed and locally regulated markets,’ Aspire Global reported a 29 percent increase in revenue from €11.1 million to €14.3 million in its Q4 and full-year trading results in December 2020.

Meanwhile, the group’s full-year revenues totaled €161.9 million, with EBITDA reaching a new high of €27.1 million.

Further accelerate growth

Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global explained: “We are very pleased with the growth and results  recently recorded by the business’ B2C segment, but we think a review will assist us to better assess our options to further accelerate our growth.

“Such a move could help improve Aspire Global’s overall  margins and EBITDA and potentially help us accelerate new B2B initiatives and enter fresh markets.  Overall, we are well positioned to capitalise on the array of opportunities available to us in the global, fast-growth iGaming industry.”
