Aspire Global Adds AspireEngage CRM System

To complement its existing AspireCore gaming platform, Aspire Global has introduced and integrated AspireEngage, a new CRM system.

The new Exponea-powered system serves as a customer data platform that includes a variety of services aimed at improving the player experience and increasing customer satisfaction.

Key elements of the ‘user-friendly system,’ according to the B2B igaming solutions supplier, include the provision of real-time marketing capabilities such as bonus management, customised messaging, and user segmentation, which will help operators ‘sharpen their approach to player engagement.’

AspireEngage will also provide Aspire Global clients with the option of connecting their own CRM systems to the new platform, as well as a ‘easy-to-use’ self-management interface.

Revolutionise global brand marketing

Worldwide expansion

The firm’s business strategy of worldwide expansion, establishing its presence and selling its services to operators in numerous regulated markets continues with the integration of AspireEngage into Aspire Global’s larger platform.

In recent months, Aspire has significantly increased its footprint in the LatAm market, signing platform and sportsbook agreements with William Hill and Betfair in Colombia, as well as agreements in Portugal, Switzerland, and Romania.

The company also completed its integration of Pariplay’s Fusion technology into its BtoBet sports betting provider in May, resulting in a successful M&A plan for 2021 and positive results for its Q1 trading.

Aspire attributed much of its success to BtoBet’s global market presence in its Q1 trading update, achieving its commercial targets while generating a revenue gain of €48.1 million (€33.7 million Q1 2020).

BtoBet, in particular, has helped its parent company expand its international presence, particularly in Latin America, Africa, and the United Kingdom, where it struck an agreement with 2 use Aspire’s platform, sportsbook, games, game aggregator, and managed service.
