Aristocrat Technologies, a subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure, Australia’s ASX-listed gambling technology company, has launched its Aristocrat Future Leaders program.
AFL includes a robust educational track that provides an opportunity for recent graduate students in the United States to learn from the slot maker about the land-based gaming industry.
For recent college graduates, the AFL rotational program provides full-time work opportunities. Participants will rotate through a range of major business departments in this position, including finance, logistics, marketing, and others.
In each department, each graduate will spend about eight months, with “an immersive educational experience” promised. It is also said that the rotational programme provides competitive advantages and compensation to draw nationwide applicants.
Hector Fernandez, president of Aristocrat Gaming said: “We’re excited to invest in the future of gaming with the introduction of Aristocrat Future Leaders.
“By prioritising education and placing the gaming supplier industry at the forefront of career opportunities, we look forward to welcoming top talent that will grow their career with Aristocrat for the long term.”
Aristocrat, an official partner of the Las Vegas Raiders, joined US casino operator Boyd Gaming Corporation last year to debut its cashless wagering digital wallet technology at the company’s Michigan City, Indiana, Blue Chip Casino Resort Spa.
The feature sees patrons at the cashier cage put money on deposit, then use their player loyalty card to access those funds on the casino floor instantly. The digital wallet removes the need to handle cash or redeem tickets at slot machines, providing a consumer experience that is frictionless.
