As the company looks to revive inactive accounts in 2021, online gaming provider Argyll Entertainment has hired Enteractive’s tailored reactivation services.
Rolling out the service
Initially, the partnership would concentrate on the flagship SportNation sportsbook brand of the business in the United Kingdom, with further rollout of the service to other igaming verticals to be considered after the completion of these initial steps.
Max Howard, head of CRM for Argyll Entertainment said: “We’re incredibly excited to see increased conversions for our newly registered customers who have not yet deposited.
“Enteractive has a proven track record of engaging with these players through phone conversations, creating revenue streams where our digital CRM processes are less effective.”
Opening doors to previously untapped revenues
The player reactivation specialist says that by opening doors to previously untapped revenues locked in the hard-to-reach lapsed and churned player databases, it will assist Argyll in its mission “to become a global leader in the offering of branded and themed online gambling sites.”
Enteractive’s tailored approach to igaming operator partners sees players reached via one-to-one telephone calls, providing a clear two-way contact channel that facilitates brand trust and loyalty, and prompting higher conversion rates for inactive or non-depositing accounts.
Global leader in the igaming sector
Andrew Foster, the head of business development at Enteractive, added: “Argyll Entertainment is a global leader in the igaming sector, and we couldn’t be happier to start this first project together.
“We know we’ll achieve great results in this initial sports vertical, and we’re confident that this will be the first step to deliver increased revenues across their brand portfolio.”
