Alliance Data Systems Corporation’s card service arm, a global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, has signed a long-term agreement for Caesars Entertainment Corporation to continue providing co-brand credit card services.
The renewal agreement builds on the Caesars Rewards Visa co-brand credit card rebrand last year to align with the Caesars Rewards loyalty programme, and one of the industry’s largest customer loyalty schemes of its kind. The agreement would broaden the on-site credit card issuance service and online gaming capabilities.
Alliance Data and Caesars will also continue to provide on-site and online solutions to improve the acquisition and engagement of cardmember companies. Currently, select the properties of Caesars that offer instant card issuance capabilities–with plans to expand that capability across the Caesars’ business.
Guests can start using their Caesars Rewards Visa card immediately during their visit to a Caesars resort and further integration of card members in the growing online gaming space is expected, an initiative that Caesars started last year.
