888 Holdings’ board has reported Yariv Dafna ‘s inbound appointment as its new Group CFO, replacing long-term incumbent Aviad Kobrin.
Back in January Kobrin announced that he will end his fifteen-year tenure as an executive of corporate and governance 888.
888, making a filing with the London Stock Exchange, reported that on 1 November, Dafna would join the executive leadership of the company, taking charge of the financial management , strategic planning and audit frameworks of the company.
Dafna joins the leading team of 888 from the European telecoms and IT networking hardware manufacturer Telit IoT solutions, where he served as Finance Director and President from 2017 to 2020 most recently.
During his tenure at Telit, Dafna was lauded as a key executive in guiding the technology business through multiple stages of growth, including the 2005 listing of the firm on London’s AIM exchange and further fund-raising directives.
The 888 Chairman Brian Mattingley commented: “I am delighted to welcome Yariv Dafna as 888’s new Chief Financial Officer. 888 Holdings under CEO Itai Pazner ‘s remit continued to accelerate its controlled business growth strategy. The company aims to report earnings above forecast before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation ( EBITDA) by 2020
